TERMS OF SALES
For your protection and ours, Concept Sports,
LLC (hereinafter "Concept Sports") asks that you agree
to the following:

In placing your
order, you agree that you are authorized to use the credit
card you have provided to Concept Sports for the
transaction, that the information you have provided to us is
true and accurate.

That you agree to sign and return, in the
self-addressed stamped envelope that Concept Sports will
provide, our copy of the sales receipt, within 30 days.

Concept Sports is allowed to verify any of
the information you have given us through the appropriate
channels.

You agree to Concept Sports Warranty and the
Returns Policy, which are set forth on our web page. You
agree that your remedies for breach of Warranty shall be
limited to the return of product and repayment of the price
of the product.

If payment is not made for the goods you
have received, you will be responsible for any collection
costs and legal fees.

You agree that the product will be used only
as instructed and intended.

You agree that you are aware of the risks of
inline skating and do so with the full knowledge of those
risks and you agree that Concept Sports shall have no
liability for any damages or injuries arising out of use of
our product.

You further agree that in no event will
Concept Sports be liable for consequential damages arising
out of the use of our product.
