The
product returned is in saleable condition and does not have
missing parts, damaged parts, worn wheels or signs of misuse. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE REQUESTED A CUSTOM INSTALLATION OF YOUR OWN SKATES, THEY CANNOT BE REVERSED AND ARE DONE WITH YOUR AGREEMENT AND APPROVAL TO THOSE TERMS and only partial credit is given for parts returned.
Any
problem we deem to be caused by us is always FULLY
Refunded.
RETURNING
THE PRODUCT
Pack
the return in the original packaging and include your name,
address, and daytime phone #. On the outside of the package,
write the Return Authorization # on the address label. Without a
return authorization# we CANNOT accept the package. Send the

Once
we have received the goods, we will notify you of the refund via
email. You can expect your refund within 7-10 working days of
our receiving your return. Your refund will be either an
exchange of goods or in the same form you have made the payment
for purchase. Please note, check payments will require the check
to clear before refunds can be made. Shipping costs are only
refunded if the error is ours.
